At Findworldtrips, we act as an independent travel agency and partner with licensed airline consolidators and travel providers. All flight reservations made through our platform are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • Once an airline ticket has been issued, all bookings made through Findworldtrips are considered final.
  • Refund eligibility is determined exclusively by the fare conditions and policies established by the issuing airline.
  • Findworldtrips cannot guarantee any refund unless it is expressly approved by the airline.

2. Airline Tickets

  • Most airline tickets, including Basic Economy and other promotional or discounted fares, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds may only be available when permitted under the fare rules applicable to the purchased ticket and may be subject to airline penalties, service charges, and applicable fare differences.
  • Tickets classified as no-shows (failure to check in or board the flight) are strictly non-refundable.
  • For eligible refundable tickets, processing generally takes between 7–21 business days following airline approval.

3. Service Fees & Agency Charges

  • Findworldtrips applies a non-refundable service fee to all flight bookings. This fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including situations where the airline approves a refund.
  • Additional administrative or processing fees may be charged for cancellations, itinerary modifications, or refund requests.

4. Supplier-Initiated Changes (Airline Cancellations)

In the event that an airline cancels, significantly modifies, or delays a scheduled flight, any refund, credit, or compensation decision remains solely at the airline’s discretion. Findworldtrips will assist customers with submitting requests but is not responsible for the airline’s final decision or processing timeline.

5. Processing & Timelines

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Findworldtrips.
  • Refunds approved by the airline may require 7–21 business days or longer, depending on the carrier’s internal processing procedures.
  • Approved refunds will be returned only to the original payment method used during booking.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Visa refusals, passport issues, or missing travel documentation.
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule modifications that are under the airline’s control.
  • No-shows or failure to arrive at the airport on time.
  • Partially used, consumed, or expired tickets.
  • Service fees, booking fees, processing fees, or other administrative charges that are designated as non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback in violation of this policy may result in dispute proceedings. Findworldtrips reserves the right to contest chargebacks by presenting booking confirmations, communication records, transaction details, and evidence of customer authorization.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a booking through Findworldtrips, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this strict refund policy. Travelers are solely responsible for reviewing all applicable fare rules, restrictions, and terms and conditions before making a purchase.
